Le Conservateur became Yannick Bestaven and the Peroven team partner for the 2014 season, with the Route du Rhum as its final goal. They began building the new Class40 together at the BG Race shipyard in Saint Malo. Tizh40 is a Guillaume Verdier Class40: Yannick Bestaven will be at the helm of a brand new boat especially designed to compete for the first positions in Class40.

Tizh 40 is a 12.18 metre / 40 feet monohull: she is the most recent boat in the Class40 fleet expected in Saint Malo next November. This new Verdier boat is the evolution of his previous plan, the Tyker 40, who won the Route du Rhum 2010 in the Class40 category.
